Hi Georgie, it took me a while to get back to this post because I connect a little too well with this one since I am also a Natural Builder and I build with lime & mud , and this has brought me back to my truest self, . I used to wish for a fancy, luxurious life filled with a wardrobe, full of great clothes and bags and shoes, and everything like how the world has conditioned us to think about and it wasn’t long enough before I realised it’s important to connect back to Earth and by doing that I not only discovered happiness. I should say this some weird sense of fulfilment that comes when anyone tries to connect with the Earth and that pure surrender of emotions cannot be taken back, and it cannot be poured in by any other source and that’s where I think true happiness lies. Gel nails, pencil heels & vinyl clothing aren’t gonna help one bit .😅
I love this! Thank you for reading and sharing your heart once more Madhumi.❤️
I can so relate to what you’re saying as those were my desires too, until I got brought back to the beauty of being in the Earth and the oneness that comes with that. After all, we were always meant to spend over 90% outdoors.🌻🍃✨
You’re so right, pencil heels and gel nails don’t help one bit.😂🤣
Freud wrote a small comment about dirt when he wrote about being a small child and his mother telling him to rub his hands together, when little Sigismund saw the small black grains on his hands, his mother said to him. "See, that is what we are made of, dirt".
love this. The dirt is where the magic starts. We’re not meant to stay clean... we’re meant to grow.
Absolutely, could not agree more thank you Nelly.🥰❤️
You are welcome, dear Georgie!
Cool ideas you have shared here.. nothing like jumping in the muddy puddle of existence.
