You’re too kind Joyce, I’m no public speaker and often I’m shaking a little with anxiety when I hit record.🤣❤️

😂 I made this observation on myself that my voice shifts to less high pitched and grounded when I’m more connected to the sensations in my body, whether through deep breaths or other nervous system regulating things like sitting in nature for a while or trying to sense some sort of ideal physiological state. If I don’t, I find myself on the squeaky high-pitched end, with less groundedness (it happened during my attempt at my most recent post when I was under time stress). So I guess depending on how integrated your mind is with your body on a regular basis, the tone/timbre of your voice will naturally have a higher pitch or more grounded tone as a baseline! Just guessing!

Yesss, we are so connected to our bodies and in tune with our nervous systems so it completely makes sense. I wish it was spoken about more. I definitely can relate to the high pitched feel, when I’m a bit on edge and had too many coffees maybe.😂❤️

You sound really confident from your latest video, keep going.

We can only get better as time goes on I think.☺️🙏🏻
